This FREE workshop is held on a Saturday, and consists of a complete series of topics critical to the home buying process.
These topics are taught by HELP CDC’s certified housing counselors along with local realtors, lenders, title company representatives, and other realty professionals.

Homebuyers Education Workshop certificates will be given to participants at the end of the workshop. Upon completion of the workshop and meeting income guidelines, families are eligible for local government down-payment assistance programs.
