• • Individuals, couples, and families are welcome. For our records, each participant must complete their own registration and application using a unique email address.
  • You may join on a shared device on workshop day. If sharing a device, please list the full names of everyone attending in the Zoom chat when prompted so each person is counted present and receives credit.
  • During the Workshop, married couples can request to have both of their names on ONE (1) Course Completion Certificate.

• For Individuals (1 person):
  You can download and complete your individual application directly from this site.

• For Couples:
  If you are registering as a couple (one appointment for two people), please call our office. We’ll need two unique email addresses — one for each person. We will then send you a joint application that allows each person to enter their details (name, employer, income, etc.) separately within the same form.
